Canade Life have instructed Orb Property Consultants to secure a new tenant for their 25,000 sq.ft retail unit in Rubery, Birmingham which is currently occupied by Buzz Bingo, who have recently launched a CVA.
Orb have undertaken a dedicated marketing campaign and have received a number of offers for the space in a challenging time.
It is expected that a deal will be concluded in the coming weeks.
